Little 4 lb. newborn!!

What a little sweetheart... this guy was the tiniest baby I have ever seen... he was a few weeks early, but healthy! And he slept like a dream! He let me curl him up all sorts of ways... I love it!! :) He also left some surprises in his mommy and daddy's hands... gotta love it!! :)

Sweet Baby Maura

What a little doll! you know how I love those newborn girls.. having fun with headbands, flowers, etc. And she really embarassed her first time parents by leaving a few noisy "surprises" all over her daddy and the blankets during the photo shoot. I certainly dont' mind.. it happens all the time! And with babies cute, how can you care?? :)

Sweet, Fresh New Little One!

I love newborns.. they make my heart melt...in a way that only those little newborns can! Little Natalie was no exception for sure.. the first time I saw her, she made my heart melt.. and is it any wonder! Look at her! :) Mommy and Daddy were pretty enthralled with her too, so I had to give her back! But I thoroughly enjoyed my few hours with her and can't wait to watch her grow. One more thing I love about my job....

And I can't forget.. a shout out to my friend Andrea who made her adorable headbands, and was my helpful creative director in setting up some of the shots.. getting the fresh peonies was a little tricky, but worth it, don't you think? Having Andrea in my life has given me quite a creative boost.. my home decorating, my wardrobe, and my photography.. what a great gift..don't you just love friends like that? Enjoy :)

Sweet Newborn!

I had the pleasure of photographing this little beauty at 12 days old. Although we never got her to sleep, she was still so beautiful!! She was just wide awake and aware.. we tried warm water bottles, her pacifier, but she decided to stay awake until the photo shoot was over. She was a long-awaited little girl after two boys, so her mom and I had fun dressing her up with lots of little hats and headbands!

Baby Caitlynn

This little girl was such a sweetheart. She was happy from the very beginning... no waiting for her to warm up! The only thing she wasn't wild about was wearing her bathing suit in the grass... grass can be intimidating at first to little babies which I have learned from experience!! And what beautiful big eyes... I just love 'em!

Sweet Family

This was a super sweet family to photograph on a super beautiful day! Grandparents were in from Missouri to see little baby Wyatt, who is only a few weeks old. It took a while to get him to sleep, but once we did, he just curled up for me!

Isn't she just the cutest! This is the second time I've taken this little beauty's pictures, and I think she just keeps getting more adorable. And the headbands! You know how I love the headbands...

Sweet Baby, Six days old

What a sweet girl, sure to cause baby fever among many (including myself.. he he)! Once we got her sleepy, she just let us move her around all sorts of ways! Another thank you to my sweet friend Jackie who knitted me the little wrap she is sleeping in so soundly (and who is happily knitting several requests I have for her.. how blessed am I??? ) Enjoy!

Baby Georgia!

Sweet little "Jaja" is one of my favorite babies to photograph. Her and my son are very close in age, and i've had the privilege of photographing her since she was two months old! She is just gorgeous, and Ilove her! Here is just a sneak peak of a few of her photos...

Little Man is Almost One!

Little Man is almost One! Can't believe it.. where does the time go? I Love, LOVE, LOVE this stage, but i'm also sad that he's not a little baby anymore! And he sure keeps me busy! I remind myself everyday to cherish every moment because they are so fleeting... Love you Weston!

Sweet Family

My sweet friend Jackie (aka the "neurotic knitter" ) knitted me this adorable baby bear hat and diaper cover. They are adorable! The diaper cover was too small for this little guy.. he was so sweet and chunky! You will see the hat also fits my one year old son, who has a teeny, tiny head! She is working on a couple of projects for me, and i'm so grateful!

I was so happy to be able to photograph this family last week.. dad was soo cooperative and helpful, which is always a huge bonus! There were so many photos and I couldn't choose so I made a little collage as well!
